Streethay Parish Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and insured arboricultural consultants to undertake a tree survey and provide a written report covering approximately 50 trees across three small sites within Streethay.
The survey should assess the condition and safety of each tree, identify any defects or risks and recommend any necessary remedial works, including appropriate priorities and timescales. The final report should include a clear schedule of findings and recommendations for each tree, supported by site plans or photographs where appropriate.
Please include the following in your quotation:
• Total cost, including VAT and any additional charges
• Proposed survey methodology and report format
• Expected timescale for completing the survey and issuing the report
• Details of relevant qualifications, professional memberships and experience
• Confirmation of professional indemnity and public liability insurance
• Any information or access arrangements required from the Parish Council
