Councillors have recently met with the Senior Development Manager for Sanctuary Homes, who are currently building adjacent to Caterham Crescent, to discuss the disruptions that residents have been experiencing.
Sanctuary Homes are apologetic about the disruptions and discussed the challenges in managing contractors with the Councillors at length.
The development is expected to be completed by July with a show home bungalow being open for visitors next month. The development will also include community facilities such as a hairdressers and Cafe, with a residents event being hosted before he development opens.
Councillors will be visiting the development within the coming weeks. However, In the meantime, please continue to report any issues to info@streethayparishcouncil.gov.uk so that these can be reported promptly to the Senior Development Manager directly.
